What happens every day?

Every session is a walk or a run — Spartan treats them equally. What matters is showing up outdoors and meeting your step minimum.

How does Spartan know I completed my commitment?
Every session, verified.
Every session is verified by Spartan before it counts. It has to be completed outdoors and meet your Challenge Level's step minimum.

What happens during the month?
When the month ends
You complete your month
- Your streak increases by one
- Your refundable deposit is returned to your Wallet
- Your badge may rise to the next tier
- You may unlock a new Prize Pool
You don't complete your month
- A Shield, if available, automatically protects your streak, badge and Challenge Level
- Your deposit is refunded to your Wallet, but you won't receive a Prize Pool reward for that month
- Without a Shield, your streak resets and your badge drops one tier
- Without a Shield, your refundable deposit is forfeited
- Prize Pool eligibility pauses until your streak rebuilds
How do streaks and badges work?
Badges that mean something.
Your badge reflects the highest level of consistency you've earned. Miss a month without a Shield and it drops one level — but your highest badge ever stays visible.

What are Spartan Shields?
Protection for the months life happens.
A Spartan Shield protects your streak, Badge and Challenge Level during a month you can't complete — automatically, with no action needed. A Shield protects your progress; it doesn't replace a completed commitment.

- No Prize Pool reward for the month it protects
- Earned at Silver and Elite Badge, maximum two active
How does the Prize Pool work?
A reward for consistency, not the reason for it.
Reach 2 consecutive successful months and earn a guaranteed €10. Reach 4, 6, or 8 — with the right Challenge Level — and you share in the Silver, Gold, or Elite Prize Pool, sized by your Challenge Level's Contribution Weight. The reward follows the consistency. It was never the other way around.

How do I track my progress over time?

Your profile shows exactly where you stand today — and Spartan remembers everything you've built over time. None of it can be edited or changed.
